Experience

I have grown up in the gym with my mother as a coach in Chicago and Charleston, as a youth player and now as a Division I college player that has played in the NCAA Tournament for Coastal Carolina.

I have attended camps run by the best coaches in the nation and have coached at high school camps, club sessions, college camps and done group and individual training sessions.

My focus is on defensive training, ball control and serving at the elite level, but all positions for recreational players.
